What’s New
The official format for e-mail addresses in North America for all sites has been established and will be in the form of: FIRSTNAME.LASTNAME@US.HYOSUNG.COM .
Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Contact information for Tectura (our 3rd party support provider for Great Plains) has been added to the Great Plains training page. Tectura technicians are highly competent and provide exemplary procedural and problem resolution support. Tectura should respond within 4 hours. Tectura is available to resolve problems encountered while using GPD and provide instruction in performing new tasks in GPD. They will not setup users, modify system settings, or provide assistance in accessing GPD. For these issues, contact david.johnson@us.hyosung.com (256) 340-2297.
Servers at New York, Rock Hill, Scottsville, and Scottsburg have been updated to support the earlier daylight savings time change. Below is a download for local workstation operating system installations. Click on the link, click Run, and follow the instructions. This update will not require a restart of your machine.

Feb. 5, 2007– Please keep in mind that streaming audio or video to your workstation will adversely affect the performance of other applications that are being accessed remotely and can affect other users at your site.
